Payment Policies:
We accept payment by cash, check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, debit cards, and automatic withdrawal. There is a returned check fee of $27.50 plus any additional bank charges.
There are no refunds for missed classes; credits are only issued when the Academy cancels classes and a makeup class is not offered. If a makeup class is offered and student is unable to attend, carryover credit for the following semester will be given.

Class Withdrawal:
Students may withdraw from any or all classes at any time providing WRITEN AUTHORIZATION TO THE OFFICE. Payment for all classes taken is due at time of cancellation. If written notice is NOT received, the student will still be enrolled and payment will be expected according to payment procedures.
Curtain Call reserves the right to cancel any class due to insufficient attendance.

Attitude: Courtesy, respect and positive behavior are expected at all times by students, staff and family memebers. Profanity, poor sportsmanship, or negative discussions will not be tolerated by students or parents
Tardiness: Students arriving more than 10 minutes late to class will not be permitted to join. Three (3) tardies are considered one absence. This absence is not subject to any credits or"make u[" classes.
Attendance: You are required to call the Academy if your student will be absent. No credits or refunds will be issued, however the absence may be "made up" by attending another class in the students same level.
Dress Code:
Ballet
... ballet shoes solid color leotard and tights. No bare legs
Jazz/Tap/Musical Theatre
...appropriate shoes, form fitting dancewearsuch as jazz pants fitted dance T's and leotards. No bare legs
Modern
...bare feet and foot thongs, convertible or footless tights, form fitting dancewear and leotards. No bare legs
Hip Hop
...a more urban look is acceptable, but avoid extremely oversized garments. No jeans! Clean sneakers
