	Ellen Syphers Ellen Syphers has practiced hatha yoga for 20+ years. She decided to share her love of yoga and completed the 200 hour Yoga Alliance approved teacher training at Cityoga in Indianapolis in 2006. She has Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Mathematics and works at Eli Lilly as a statistical analyst.
